Please Help Repair Our Home

My disability payments have stopped 2 months ago due to employee lacking knowledge and/or an address issue, which has been fixed. With Covid it will take up to 2 more months before my payments begin again. I have Systemic Sarcoidosis that has caused several lung issues along with other organs.
We, my pup and I, needed to relocate for the summer. I have gone through 3 tires and need 2 more. They each cost $100-$180 (if I can find a decent used one), $280-$330 new, plus labor. I also need new tie rods, bushings and ?, forget, for the front end as one side is ready to snap. 

I had both sides repaired for the differential leak. The photo is of the leak. A hubcap pulled out the bolt where the fluid leaked out and the tire is cracked in 6 places and not 4 hrs old and cost me $476.50 due to a pot hole. The tire before that lasted 10 miles. Then I brought a used tire for $76 and learned it is junk.
This is our only home and I am terrified to drive, which I must for propane and food. 
Maybe there is a mechanic who can volunteer his time in Mena, Arkansas area. That would be great!
