DJ, Reverend, and everyones personal comedian. She brightened up your day with her jovial attitude. A true social butterfly never afraid to greet anyone that would pass by her. She will be truly missed by all that knew her.
I am trying to raise $700.00 for cremation exspences by 07/08/2017, as I am in charge of her final exspenses. 
$675 Direct Cremation Includes:
Basic service of staff
Removal from place of death
Transportation of the deceased to Cremation Center 
Refrigeration while obtaining necessary documents
State of Arizona permit fee
Medical examiner authorization fee
Crematory fee
Filing the death certificate and notifying Social Security
Cardboard cremation container used during the cremation process
Cremains placed in the basic hard plastic urn

All Medical Examiner cases: $75
Mailing cremains via USPS: $175
Mailing Death Certificates: $20
