StraightFromthePen.org will create a website with links to all state and federal legislatures, so some like-minded friends can draft bills, letters, or whatever, for people to "click to send" to their respective legislatures.
The .net will allow inmates and others to post blogs, diaries, and other communications about issues which concern prisoners and society as a whole, with suggestions for improving the issues. Each year I have purchased the domains (straightfromthepen.com, .org, and .net) to preserve them for when I have funding to develop them.
My goal is to challenge the status quo, to eliminate or change the things that hinder the rehabilitative process for the incarcerated, and for those who suffer from mental illness, as well as any other social ills I feel need improved to better serve the people. If the process changes the lives of only a few, my effort will be worth it.
