Surrey Family Displaced By HouseFire

My name is Cathy van Esch I live in Alberta I am starting this fund on behalf of my son Clay van Esch his girlfriend & my 6 year old grandaughter who live in Surrey BC.
Overnight the evening of August 6th 2017 my sons family was severely affected by a severe house fire to their building. In Surrey BC there is nothing left and they are lucky to be alive.

Although the fire had not started in his unit it quickly spread and destroyed everything they owned including the loss of a family pet. This is overwhelming for them and they are all still in shock and scared of what's to come next.

Since the fire has burned down the house and everything they owned they are not only homeless now but also have nothing left to their names including food, clothing, toys for their daughter and pet supplies for the 1 surviving dog & cat.

Money raised from donations will be paid directly to my son Clay van Esch as I will be transfering the gofundme into his name
The funds will helo him his family can pay for a new place to live, food, clothing and house furniture supplies. As they lost everything they owned in the fire they will need to start from nothing which is why I put the goal at $5000 as it is not cheap to restart life.
