Tara's Cremation and Memorial Fund

Tara Danielle Donlevy, born November 6 1995, passed away on August 26 2017 after a long and painful battle with her addiction. 

Tara was admitted to the hospital on July 15 2017 after my father picked her up so she could get into treatment; she was finally ready to seek help. During this time, it was discovered that Tara had a severe infection in her heart and needed one of her valves replaced and the other repaired. She went in for open heart surgery on July 28th. 

During that time, Tara slowly started to get better and return to her former goofy self. She was moved out of the hospital into a rehab center on August 22. Sadly due to the amount of antibiotics that were in her system, it killed off good bacteria in the process. Her lungs filled with fluid, putting pressure on her already weak heart. She passed away with her father and older sister by her side, knowing that she was loved and will always be. She fought as hard as she could, but her body was too weak. 

We'll be holding a memorial for Tara in the near future, as dates have yet to be announced. She was also be cremated, where her ashes will be distributed among her immediate family. She'll finally be coming home.

- Immediate airfare for my sister and her significant other from San Francisco.
