Save St John Creamery

St John Creamery

Have you ever imagined what it would be like to be homeless? There are lots of resources to help individuals, but only you can help a dairy that lost its home.

St John Creamery's lease expired and on April 1st, Marcia St John and her goat herd were evicted. No foolin'! At the 11th hour, Marcia made a desperate call to Dog Mountain Farm in Carnation, WA. Owners, Cindy & David Krepky, offered a temporary haven for the dairy and many amazing volunteers helped move nearly 200 goats and creamery equipment in one day. Many of these beautiful Oberhasli goats were pregnant or delivering kids, too.

For 10 years, this woman-owned business has provided raw goat milk to the Puget Sound area. The cost of moving, re-installing equipment, along with the loss of income until the milking facility is approved by WSDA has drained Marcia's resources. In addition, feed for goats must be purchased and many other expenses loom ahead.

If you are missing this dairy's milk or just want to help a farmer in need, please give what you can to help save St John Creamery!

Thank you!!
