Mark Wright (Sooty) passed away the morning of 11 September 2017.
Mark was born in Moree in 1956 and played in Souths Juniors and graded with Newtown in 1974. Selected for City Seconds and then NSW as a centre in 1975 after playing only 8 first gracde games with Newtown where he played first grade from 1975 to 1979.
Mark played a total of 78 first grade games and scored 34 tries. Captained NSW Country Firsts in 1980.
Mark was a father to three sons and one daughter and a grandfather to five beautiful grandaughters.
The family wishes to give him a send off he deserves and this is what the fundraising is for, Mark's funeral.
The family will also be in charge of final expenses and we thank you in advance for your help in this urgent campaign.
