Zach Klein - Expenses Help

On January 2nd, 2018, Zachary Klein (29 years) was seriously injured while operating a forklift. He had to be medevacked from Sitka to Anchorage, Alaska, where he was in the ICU for 24 hours before undergoing surgery to repair his broken pelvis.
The night we found out our Brother In Law was seriously injured Gordon (3 year old) asked me if he could help him feel better. Sadly, I looked at him and told him we had to trust the doctors to do their best work. That night we said a prayer for Zach, his doctors, Aunt Rachel and other family who were physically in Alaska caring for Zach.
Zach underwent surgery it went very well and he is stable, however this type of injury is very painful and has a much slower recovery time. He will need to be in a wheelchair for at least 10 weeks, meaning that he and his family will have to be away from their home in Sitka for a significant amount of time.
We live in Florida and we can't quickly get to Alaska on a days notice, so we started coloring cards (photo attached), so Zach can know we are thinking of him. We then decided we need to do a little more. Turns out a few other family members thought the same thing and we are joining efforts to start this page.
While all medical costs will be covered through insurance, there are other smaller financial burdens, since he and his wife both missing work and living away from their home.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated to help pay for housing, food costs, rental car costs, and general bills while in Anchorage.
Thankfully Zach is expected to be fully recovered after 12 months. We will be giving updates on Zach on this page and appreciate any kind of support.
