Helping Laura Get On Her Feet!

Donation protected
Laura was in an ATV accident on September 3, 2017.  She was taken by ambulance to Mount Nittany, then transferred to Geisinger in Danville.  She had dislocated her knee and had a tibial plateau fracture.  On September 4, they did surgery and put an external fixator on her leg to keep it from moving.  She was Inpatient at Geisinger until September 7.   On September 13 she went back for additional surgery.  At that time, they took the external fixator off and repaired the tibial plateau fracture with three plates and multiple screws.  She was in the hospital until September 16. She has been unable to work since the injury and does not have a definite return to work date yet.  She just started the process of trying to start walking last week, after going back to Danville and having a knee manipulation done under anesthesia.  She has been doing physical therapy three times a week since October 4, and will continue needing physical therapy for several more months.
Being out of work, along with medical bills, Laura and her husband Jon could use some help.  Laura is always helping others.  She is good to those in need and has also rescued several animals.  She is not one to ask for help.  She is used to providing help.
If you could help with even a small donation, it would be so appreciated. Your prayers are also appreciated.
