Deborrah's Dream

Tax deductible
Please watch this short video.

Meet my friend DaDa. He lives in Mississippi about 20 minutes from the center we are building. It is for DaDa, his sister and his mom and many others that are in a similar situation in this area that God is preparing this place for His precious souls. If you’ve contributed already, thank you. If you haven’t had a chance won’t you consider a contribution today? You have the opportunity to make lives better.
TUESDAY is GIVING day on Facebook.
With humble appreciation,
Debbie

The greatest honor we have been given is to help the poor, the weak, the disenfranchised and the marginalized.
Dear Family and Friends,
For those of you who know me, I have always had a dream of creating a place that enriches the lives of disadvantaged people, and provides an environment for a healthy lifestyle physically, mentally, educationally and spiritually.
It has been my privilege to acquire 85 acres of land in one of the poorest counties in Mississippi. The county has a high prevalence of hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and lack of women’s healthcare services. With the right support of counselling, mentoring and education many of these diseases can be reversed or prevented.
In addition, this county has one of the worst education systems in the state. The graduation rate is 33.7% with a graduation rate for blacks of less 5%. Education, rather it be college or technical school, is a key factor in breaking the poverty circle. Studies have shown the significance of receiving a good foundational base in elementary schools while instilling a sense of wonder and achievement.
With the assistance from The National Association for the Prevention of Starvation (NAPS)-www.napsoc.org, this dream is well on its way.
The Dream – Phase One- Build a Wellness center that focuses on a healthy lifestyle. A place where the community can come for natural healing, exercise instruction, health coaching and mentoring, and emotional/spiritual support; all staffed by a cadre of trained professionals with oversight by a board certified Internal Medicine physician.
The farm will have a large vegetable garden, chickens, goats and other services for sustainability.

The Dream –Phase two- Start a small elementary school that accepts children who have definite potential, but lack support and encouragement to excel.
Currently the building is almost completed. The immediate needs are:
1. Internal finishing: Sinks, appliances, furniture, treatment tables, stove, refrigerator etc.- $12,000
2. Well for irrigation- $7000
3. Flooring- $6000
Total funding needed is $25,000
If you could support this dream by making a donation through GoFundMe and then sharing it with your network I would greatly appreciate it. Any amount (small or large) will be used 100% for the completion of this project. If you would like a tax deductible receipt, please make a note of it when donating and NAPS will provide a receipt for your generous donation.
Thank you for helping make my dream come true.
