Many of you remember Suzi Finer's gem of a rubber stamp shop in Beverly Hills. On Robertson Blvd she built a one of a kind community of creative people and treated everyone who walked in the door like family. She kept in touch with us long after her little shop shuttered, checking in and caring for the little community she had nurtured.
She reached out to those who needed it and now she needs us.
Suzi went in for a routine removal of a polyp. When she woke up, she was told that she has three tumors. Many of us would be in the same position if we woke up to the same news, terrified, stressed and worried about how to stay afloat (I have been in that position in 2016 when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Suzi reached out and helped us when we were barely keeping our heads above water).
Bills don't wait to be paid while you are under the care of doctors. Suzi needs our help now so she can focus on her health and well being.
Some ideas on how your donation could help:
$15 - A virtual hug. Every bit helps and Suzi will feel the love.
$25 - Virtual flowers. Real flowers are lovely but let's face it, Suzi would appreciate virtual flowers more right now. Your generosity will last forever!
$50 - A tank of gas and parking at the doctor's office. Little things that most folks forget about can help a lot.
$100 - Groceries for almost a week. A full refrigerator of healthy food and one less thing for Suzi to worry about.
$250 - Help with the bills. Let Suzi recover so she can focus on her health and getting well.
$500 - Almost a month of groceries. Let's keep Suzi healthy on her road to recovery.
$1000 - Help Suzi keep a roof over her head and be able to sleep well at night. This is an extremely stressful experience and she needs to be able to focus on her health rather than on paying bills.
