Michael was diagnosed with MS in 2010. He was recently approved for a stem cell treatment which could help to slow the progression of MS and alleviate symptoms of the autoimmune disease however, it comes at quite a cost. We his family, would love to see him get that treatment. Michael is a local business owner in Kansas City who owns Mud Pie Vegan Bakery and Coffeehouse with his Wife Ashley Valverde and Mother in Law, Sharon Hughes.
