fight for mates in Construction

I am participating  in the longboards bar and grill townsville fight for your cause fight night. I would like to raise money  for the MATES IN CONSTRUCTION charity so they can help give people  in the local Construction  industry  the skills and assistance  to deal with  mental stress and hard times that can lead to severe depression  and suicide.  
Suicide depression  anxiety  are all far to common these days  and to have someone  like MATES IN CONSTRUCTION  to  both, reduce the stigma around these mental issues . And give people the skills needed to help themselves  or someone else , is great.
