Help Judy Avoid Eviction

Please help Judy - she is disabled with serious health issues (Congestive Heart Failure and fighting Cancer) and is in danger of being evicted from her apartment. Judy was a hospice home care provider for over 20 years and is now in need of assistance herself.
Please help her stay in her current apartment. She needs a safe, clean, stable place to live. She also has an emotional service dog name Chica. Most of Judy’s family lives out of state and is unable to help her financially.
Judy was abruptly notified that she would be losing her rental assistance at the end of September. As a result she will no longer be able to afford her rent. She lives in a small studio apartment and is need of approximately $600/ per month for rental assistance for the next 12 to 18 months. Judy’s only source of income is a small SS Disability check - she can no longer work due to her medical condition.
Judy is hospitalized several times each year due to her health complications. She was just recently released on Monday 9/17/2018. Please share and help Judy if you can.
