Burkhart family stroke fund

So I'll start by saying hello my name is Amanda Hardt and I'm a close friend with the Burkhart family. I am starting this go fund me because this amazing family has impacted my life and the lives of countless others in so many ways. Knowing the many sacrifices they've made to help others and the crisis of this unexpected massive stroke has left them in, the least I can do is reach out to others. October 12th had been like any other day until Victoria Burkhart came home to find her life had been flipped upside down. She had walked into her room to find her husband on the floor, awake but unable to speak or move. She called 911 immediately. When the paramedics came they quickly took him to the nearest hospital with Victoria following behind. Upon arrival Victoria was taken to a family crisis waiting room. Nothing could have prepared her for the words they were about to tell her. Patrick only 45 years old was suffering from a life threatening, massive stroke. He was being air lifted to hospital specializing in strokes where he would undergo surgery. God proved he wasn't done with Patrick yet. As he miraculously pulled threw the procedure. Doctors suspect several hours had passed before Patrick was found because the damage caused by this massive stroke was substantial. Regardless of the damage done, the Burkhart family stands strongly in their faith that Patrick will have a full recovery.
