Help for surgery and rehabilitation

Hello! I am Tom's sister. My loving Brother Tom, fell into a coma August 31st after having a severe Brain Aneurysm while in my arms. Being CPR certified, I assessed the situation and had ambulance on the way to save his life. He had flat lined 5 minutes after his arrival at the hospital, still fighting for his dear life as they were able to revive him. He was rushed into immediate surgery to have a drain put in and a coil for a 2nd possible rupture. He underwent total of 6 surgeries. He sufferes with high blood pressure for quite some time. Despite his medical issues, my brother was always working and always looking to help others. Being such a loving man, and now to being in this state at only 37, he is fighting for his dear life. He is in critical care, still striving to breath on his own and trying to keep stable as he has good and bad days. Doctors say this will be a long journey for him, especially to get him out from his semi- coma state, could take many months or years. He will need many months of physical therapy. Please help my brother to recieve better care for his therapy along with a 2nd opinion we are trying to recieve. By getting Tom a specialist to help rehabilitate his brain, This has been very difficult for my family day in day out.
