Help Jon with his fight with cancer

I’m creating this Gofundme page with a very heavy heart. Most of you know my dad was diagnosed in October of 2015 with stage 3 cancer. It started with his appendix and was later diagnosed to be a very rare Carcinoid cancer. He began his first round of Chemo treatment in February 2016 and for just a brief moment we thought he might beat this evil invader.  I’m very saddened to say that in January of 2017 the cancer was back and this time he was diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal cancer.
Since 2015 he has undergone several surgeries, in and out of the hospital from complications due to the growing cancer and the continuous aggressive chemo treatments have not been able to slow down.  The impact of this diagnosis on my parents life has been immense. In addition to the physical effects of going through his very aggressive chemo therapy and endless doctors appointments, there have been numerous implications to all other aspects of their lives. My dad had to leave work and my mother had to take a leave from work to be his full time care giver so they had to rely on their life savings which they have completely depleted. They have used all their resources to combat the financial and emotional toll created by his diagnoses.
They have already and will continue to incur an inordinate amount of medical expenses. My parents typically are not ones to ask for financial help but this tragedy has evolved beyond the scope of what they are able to handle .
My family and I would truly appreciate help from anyone who has the means . No donation is too small and will provide relief no matter the amount. I love my dad so much he has always been there for me and for so many others.  I hope that with this I can help him and my mother in some small way.
