Making Grace + End Sex Trafficking

During my efforts of preproduction for my short film, Grace, the story of a sex trafficked victim's survival, I was faced with the pit of sex trafficking itself. Trying to find a low-end motel to shoot the project- turned from location scouting, to watching girls and women trafficked right in front of me every time. My wife volunteers at a sex trafficking transitional home called Bochy's Place, which inspired me to create this film. However, after seeing it happen first hand, a new fire has lit in my heart for these victims- it has to end. I want this short film to be a tool to bring awareness, but also provide a solution for people who want to get involved to help eradicate, and put a stop to sex trafficking all together. This is why every 5th dollar given through this GFM, will be donated to Bochy's Place, a transitional home for girls rescued from sex trafficking. This story has to be told and people have to become aware of the fact that it is happening every day in our backyard. Help tell this story, help be the difference that we need in our society to put an end to this epidemic. We will be shooting the project December 15-16, in Dallas, TX.
