Tuition Fee for Immigration Legal Certification

UPDATE: I am humbled and overwhelmed by how kind and generous all of you are!! Any money raised above my tuition fee will go towards someone else’s tuition fee who wants to get certified, but can’t afford it. Thank you for sharing, supporting, and donating to this!
Stephanie is taking her civil action and advocacy to the next level, by enrolling in a Department of Justice accredited Immigration Law Certification program. Having this will allow her to help low income families find their path to legal immigration status within the Los Angeles Valley area. She will be taking this course alongside several members of the NoHo Home Alliance, as part of the effort to establish an accredited Free Immigration Clinic to serve the community of Studio City, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Van Nuys, and Sherman Oaks. The position is completely volunteer and is in no way a paid (or potentially paid) position.
The course starts on April 1st and will take 6 weeks, ending in a final assessment on June 6th.
Given all of the current medical expenses, Stephanie is unable to fund the tuition herself, so is opening it her to awesome and supportive community for help. This also allows all of you to be a part of this process and give, in a practical way, to our neighbors who need Immigration legal support.
