Help for Renu

I have started this campaign to help my dear friend, Renu Arora. She has been through a horrendous couple of years and could use some support. Contributing whatever you can, even £10 (the equivalent of $13) will add up and make a huge difference for her.
Here is her story:
2 years ago, on 29th March 2017, Renu was hit by a bus in London. The bus pulled her under and trapped her leg beneath the wheel, crushing her foot along with numerous other injuries. These injuries were not adequately diagnosed initially and thus not adequately treated.
When she did get a diagnosis 5 weeks later, the scans showed she had 8 breaks in her foot, joint damage, a ruptured ligament, and nerve damage in her ankle. At that point it was too late to set the bones or pin the joints.
After a year, severe arthritis set in from the injuries. Two years on, she still has significant nerve damage and debilitating pain from these injuries. She cannot walk on her foot and the long-term prognosis isn’t good. She has also been dealing with PTSD and other secondary illnesses due to the trauma of this situation. This has been a very long, painful and traumatic couple of years for her.
Renu is an extremely talented and creative actor, singer, writer and director and has attempted to continue working but the travel and work expectations have caused additional exhausting pain.
Renu is also deeply spiritual which has been enhanced by the fact that she had a profound out-of-body (or near death) experience while underneath the bus. She has started writing about her experience and is beginning to weave the deep and unique insights that she has had into a series of podcasts and musical soundscapes. The initial recordings I've heard are exquisite. Stay tuned for more about that!
Right now, though, Renu has reached a breaking point. She does not have the physical capability or energy to continue working at this time.
I am asking for your help to simply support Renu in her healing process.
