Help my Dad beat Cancer!!!

Donation protected
Hello, my awesome teenage daughter started this effort out of love for me earlier this year as Cancer was detected early in my Kidneys. She has been severely distracted by trying to find ways to help save my life. She was not aware that she had to keep up with this plea for help, as we have dealt with several lifechanging events over the last several months. Where we were then, is not where we are now. I am updating this page to allow others to understand the gravity of health, changes to our circumstances and to leave the original post where it is, to appreciate her loving efforts, however, I will shorten it some as now a lot of the information is inaccurate. I have carried Cancer now 11 months without treatment with the false security of a General Motors Contract that was believed to have been the pathway to save my life, once I cut into the cancer for treatment it will increase the chances to spread by over 85%, thus the delay without benefits. On January 25, 2019:  I was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma (Kidney Cancer), one of the most fearful, devastating moments in my life as both kidneys could be infected.   1. The mass in the right kidney is almost certainly a renal cell carcinoma. It measures 2.9 x 2.9 x 2.4 cm. 2. There is also a subtle area of abnormal signal in the upper pole left kidney measuring 11 mm x 8 mm x 8 mm which is suspicious for a second synchronous renal cell carcinoma. News Article Here: https://www.wsws.org/en/articles/2019/10/29/gmar-o29.html                On September 09, 2019: Prior to the General Motors Strike, I was terminated from my Job, placed at the mercy of the Bargaining Committee to possibly be returned to work after the strike and Local contracts are negotiated. This Termination has changed the entire formation of my daughter’s plea for help from everyone. The costs have risen, the ability for self-provision has been dramatically reduced, leaving me with no insurance coverage as I had previously. I am determined to get surgery, return to full health, full force as a cancer survivor back into the work-force. The Surgery will put me down for a few months’ minimum, and the downtime is making me go down at a rapid pace due to inactivity. Surgery is way beyond past due. I’m not a bum or a user, I have the same job I’ve had for many years, until now. I’m was an almost full-time, they keep us part-time and even after years, I was awaiting my name to be called for full time. I do love my job; a single dad with two teenage kids, my oldest 3rd young man (Step-Son) is serving US Air Force. We all know what it’s like making sure your kids are not without. I’m very proud of them, their heading in the right direction. So, here I find myself embarrassed and yet I know I will have debt problems, I still have my credit card payments, rent, car payment, etc. and I’ve saved up some, just not near enough. I know there are a lot of wonderful people that do help. I’ve read some amazing stories of love. It’s important for me to pay my bills. When I get on my feet, after I’m back at work in, I hope under 6 months, I’m going to pay it forward as I can. I’ve never even thought I’d be asking for help and done right; this is a way to spread love and help when someone really needs it. Several of the success stories takes your breath away. I’ll say it “Please help me get through a lifesaving operation and recovery”. It’s not a joke, I put myself in G-D’s hands. And my Dr of course. I look at myself and say, you do what normal people do. Have a career, I pay my bills and I love my kids. I really need this help or I seriously will lose all I have. I won’t be able to keep the house going, medical expenses, meds, the hospital for long. Well, here I am writing this. What a humbling experience. I pray this will help. G-D Bless You The Following is the Original Post my daughter made while I was still employed and had insurance. General Motors canceled my insurance 2x during the strike and endangered my life still to today, as much worse without anything. My name is Loth'lorien Bell, on January 25, 2019, my dad and I just recently received some devastating news we were not prepared for; my dad was diagnosed with kidney cancer after just returning to work from having spine surgery. My Dads name is Chad Bell, at only 46, he is a proud, loving father to me and my brothers, and family Animals. He is a single father raising his children, a hard worker and the only one who is working. But the hours he is putting in are deteriorating him further and worsening His condition In an update as of today June 14, 2019, I am editing this in an attempt to get him help. The Renal Mass has grown .4 CM but by the grace of God Has not spread further. Surgery is needed as soon as possible before it spreads worse, the left kidney already is forming cysts that are too early to diagnose! The sooner we come up with the help needed the sooner we can push his operation up! He was all ready to have surgery but cannot afford to take time off from work or we will lose everything we own. He has pushed off the surgery to be able to provide for his family even at the dangers and warnings of the doctors (He is a temp and has no Disability or income to cover the healing process and time off from work); Surgery is needed to remove cancer in July if he comes up with the help needed or in December in the last resort situation. I' just want my dad to be cancer free. He’s been there for me my whole life and continues to be there. I love him and right now he needs help. There will be treatments and medical bills and time he needs to take off from work to heal. And we have no help so any help anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated. I beg of you to help me save my dad. He’s the only one I have. He just wants to work and earn a living. I have convinced him to allow me to ask for everyone’s help as Time is not his friend. We are asking for everyone’s help for the following reasons: On December 17, 2017, Pops went into surgery for his back to block the nerves so he can continue to work as we could not afford the Spinal Screws and Rods, they wanted to put in. He has a collapsed lower Lumbar and Herniated disc at 3-6. He wanted to be able to continue to provide for me as I have been undergoing my own trials and tribulations physically, mentally and emotionally. He was out of work healing and when he returned to work, he complained of his sides hurting, he went to the Emergency room where he learned that He has Renal Mass Carcinoma (Kidney Cancer) in Both Kidneys. The Right Side had Solid mass of 2.9 x 2.4 cm and Left Side of 11mm x 8mm Cysts are forming with a possible spread of Cancer to both Kidneys. At the Time of Cancer appointment, the left Kidney is deemed healthy but due to financial stress, my dad is unable to get treatment until he has enough money to provide for his family.  Had it not been for his back surgery we would have not found the Cancer until it was too late, but the pressure from the left kidney and the cysts pushed against the healing of the back surgery causing the severe pain along his sides, legs and back. I want my dad to live because I love him. I want him to fight this cancer because we need him. I love him and will be lost without him. I need help in saving my dad’s life. He has never stopped fighting for or given up on me and my brothers. He has always believed in us, encouraged us to be the best we can be at all we do. We are not going to give up on him or stop fighting to try and save his life now. We are trying to get enough money to pay the deductibles for the Surgery. The surgery and possible transplant are estimated at $130,000. The estimations (EST) are with the inclusions of everything from Gas, Food, Bills, Follow-ups, home Nursing care, Medications, to basic living needs ( ALL Follow-ups, Medical Needs will be out of pocket after initial deductible $20-40,000). He is getting laid off from work when he goes for surgery, to which he will lose all benefits no insurance, no income and no way to provide for our family’s needs while he recovers. He has no disability, life or any other benefits currently because even after 2 years he is still a temporary employee  The doctors say that this cancer is beatable, treatable with a good outcome if he doesn’t waste too much time. They have also warned him that Kidney Cancer can be the most aggressive as it filters the entire body. Pops has done everything to help save my life as I am on disability! He has made sure I was well taken care of and any and all needs met when I was in Emergency. He has been there every step of the way. I love my dad because he loves me and has always put me first and protected me and provided for me. I want dad to beat cancer because it's not fair. That he has cancer and that it is trying to take his life. I want him to be cancer-free. I thank everyone who helps and can pass this along to be able to try and get my dad the resources he needs to successfully win this battle, the greatest battle of his life till now. Sincerely with the Greatest of Appreciation!
