Sean Pollack motorcycle accident

Life can change in a matter of seconds!
One of my absolute worst nightmares came
true last night. I got a call from a friend
screaming and crying at 2 o’clock in the
morning, that my best friend got into an
extremely bad motorcycle accident. You hear things like this going on all the time but when it happens to you or one of your loved ones it truly hits home. My best friend lost control of his bike last night and the paramedics took
him to the hospital, and of course couldn’t
give us any information on what type of
condition he was in. I sat in the waiting room at Broward General from 2:30 AM to
7:00AM. Crying and begging the receptionist to Please give me an update and just tell me if he’s ok. Finally at 7 AM they allowed me to go back in the trauma room and talk to the
doctor. He hydroplaned and lost control of
the bike. He tried to save it by hitting the
front brake but accidentally ribbed the
throttle all the way up which caused the bike to lose control and hit the curb. It threw his
bike into oncoming traffic and he landed in
the median, causing him to completely brake his femur it puncture out through the top of his thigh covered in blood. The other part of
the bone in his lower leg ripped through the
skin as well. He broke his tibia and fibula
completely in half as well as springing
his ankle, And having to have another surgery to reconstruct the heel of his foot all followed with bad road rash. He had his first surgery today the longest seven hours of my life. Many more surgeries will have to happen to
reconstruct the leg. The worst part about it is the recovery time could take up to a year
with lingering difficulties and he has no
medical insurance. unfortunately, with these
injuries he will no
longer be able to climb up a ladder and work on homes, pay rent, attend physical
therapy, and pay off the many medical bills.

So please help me to pray for my best
friend and help him to afford to get the
treatment he desperately needs.
