Disabled Veteran, Battling Cancer needs help

I'm a 100% Service-Connected, Disabled Veteran, living outside the US., and in 2017, I was diagnosed with cancer and treatments started very quickly, but have required me to travel back to the US. every three months for monitoring and treatment. Although I meet the specified requirements for VA travel assistance, I have been consistently denied, leaving me to bear the expense of travel alone, which has devastated me financially.
On November 5th, I had my THIRD surgery to remove the cancer which plagues me and has now returned and may return again, as well as having had Chemo that takes much out of me and makes recovery uncomfortable. It is now imperative that I relocate to the states to begin longer term Chemo in mid March of 2020, which has left me in a serious predicament Financially and Logistically, as I have all of my belongings in my current country and now, financially drained, I have no way to bring, myself, my household goods and myself back to the states, where I have no home, and very little support to make a new life in my home Country.
All of my credit cards are now over-extended, my credit in shambles and being on a fixed income, I see no light at the end of the tunnel. Therefore, reluctantly, I turn to the outside for the help that I couldn't get otherwise, appealing to the kindness and good hearts of those in a position to help me get back to my home, and on my feet.
If I am able to be near my Doctors and treatment, I can and WILL survive this, but it has become obvious that I can't do it alone.
...The expense of what I need to do is overwhelming, in my current condition.
And the battle is not just mine, but I am racing the clock to get back to the states to hopefully be with my terminally ill Mother in her last days, but it looks like time is not on our side....I am humbled by this, Heartbroken, and ashamed to reach out to others for the help I need....I hope that during the Holidays, when thoughts turn to your own families, you will remember what is important, and love them every SECOND, because tomorrow is never PROMISED....
Any act of kindness can change this impossible situation, but each person must follow their own heart.
