I started UCAAN after my own personal battle with terminal, rare cancer twice. Since founding UCAAN in 2009, we have impacted the lives of 10,000 cancer patients Nationwide in 10 Years!
Over the years I have been on Many Amazing Cross Country Trips for the Cause. Meeting with professionals at Various Cancer Centers, Meeting Cancer Patients we've helped through UCAAN, Connecting with other Organizations nationwide. We've met cancer patients & their Families, like Connie Nelson in Arizona.
In 2021, we Have Big Dreams for an epic trip, a two part trip.
UCAAN MOVE is an event we've done in the past, a virtual fitness event that raises the awareness about the importance of Physical fitness especially when dealing with cancer. This is an event we've done in the past and hope to grow nationwide. Our goal for this epic road trip is to capture moments on film, record the trip and hold various free fitness events across the country to raise awareness not only about the importance of fitness but also to raise awareness about the importance of making cancer patients a priority. We will be collecting change at these events, which will go towards bigger impacts when it comes to helping those with cancer. "UCAAN donate Change for a Change 4 Cancer Patients".
We Plan on getting our UCAAN Mobile equipped with cameras to catch us on the road and we will be posting daily photos and updates on our social media, along with daily newsletter/video blogs! So make sure you're kept in the loop!!
We've Mentioned this Road Trip is Epic right? It's an amazing trip, but we have the locations in mind, the stops and the communities we hope to impact & inspire. The trip is 46+ Cities, approximately 12k miles in an estimated 58 days. The longest I've been on the Road was in early 2016: 10,500 Miles in 41 days with my best friend Doryn. This trip is with a best friend from high school, long time UCAAN Supporter & Volunteer Jessica Ann! She and I cannot wait to Impact lives, Inspire others and make this an exceptional trip with Live feed.
NOTE: We have another Campaign for our 4Shur It's Frozen Dessert Company Assets, this company will Help Fund UCAAN Staff & Expenses but we Need the funds to make it a reality! We Have big goals to kick off our Frozen Dessert Company, "4Shur It's Frozen Dessert" and in order for us to get the company started, we've found that we need "Assets", money in the bank to be able to show co-packers, frozen storage facilities, stores, etc that we're serious! We've realized that we'll have to get our product to Market, as opposed to the original plan of getting into Farmer's Markets. But we are hard at work to make this company a reality, but Definitely need your help! We will post another link for this as well.
