La Casa Clu Street Kids Camp - Playground Project

This November 25 - December 4, 2019 we desire to construction a climbing wall and playground for over 150+ children in San Ignacio, Mexico and we want you to be part of this mission.

This forgotten town is minutes outside of the famous Sayulita, Mexico. Because of foreign ownership, families have been forced to survive in this city, displacing them from their natural way of life near the beaches. They have been surviving serving the tourists in Sayulita and the children have had no sense of nurturing or attention, resorting in an alarming rate of stealing, bullying and violence. 

Without a purpose, a sense of belonging and nurturing care towards skillful growth, these children will be left behind, forgotten and become part of the pattern of wealth disparity, violence and depression because of their feeling of insignificance to society. 

After learning about Jessica Zepeda's nearly 10 years of consistent attention and positive results from these kids by providing capoeira, arts, music workshops and basic education, DiANNA DAVID promised to return with greater awareness, support and contribution to help raise these children through MOVEMENT, PLAY & LOVE. This is how we wanted to make moves that really mattered, because all kids matter!

Hence the La Casa Clu: Playground & Climbing Wall Project

This mission was to also to inspire more artists and volunteers to work with these kids first hand using the work-away model (https://www.workaway.info/).  Improving cultural immersion, self-realization and actively contributing through your gifts. 

By partnering with The Power of Play, The Red Ball Mvmt will bring the first of several missions. We desire to bring empowerment workshops and eco-sustainable construction education to La Casa Clu to grow their community from inside out.
