Its time to LOVE BIG Regina!
*UPDATE* We have had Oxygen Yoga and Fitness donate directly to us in the amount of $500, as well as another individual who donated $5 and we recently received $150.00 donation from Dermaposh Skincare Haven & Esthetics, and HoopLife donated $100.
Our current total is $956.00
As part of our Love Big Regina Event, this Gofundme is in support of raising $1500 to get 1 Billboard up in Regina with the word LOVE on it.
With every $5 minimum donation, 1 Letter of Love will be given to someone in need of it.
We have also included the initial event information below.
This is going to be the first of many events held to raise the awareness and vibration of love in our City.
LOVE BIG REGINA consists of 2 Main Components:
1. Letters of Love: With every $5 minimum donation we will print 1 letter of love (already pre-designed to make it easy for you!), to be handed out mid December to those in need of uplifting and encouragement over the holiday's.
2.) Love on a Billboard: We will be accepting a minimum of $5 donations with every letter to raise enough money to put a billboard up in Regina with the word LOVE on it. This is inspired by John Pogachar, with LOVE ON EVERY BILL BOARD. There is no advertising, marketing or hidden gimmicks. It is a BIG reminder that LOVE is still the answer. Imagine driving in your car and seeing this big red bill board with only LOVE on it. It is a powerful message. We have a goal of getting at least 1 Billboard up for the month of December and hope we can exceed this.
This GoFundMe is to raise money for the first Billboard which costs $1500 for the month of December.
How you can contribute right now:
1. Become a Business Sponsor: It's really easy to do this and an amazing way to contribute LOVE BIG.
a.) get everyone in your company to write a letter of love
b.) donate a minimum of $5 to send out a letter
*That's it. You will get mentioned on our Facebook Page. You will be invited to help hand out the letters and you will also be invited out to the Rising of the 1st LOVE Billboard.
2.) Become an Individual Sponsor: Same as above except it's only you, your family or your group of friends.
3.) Become a Corporate Sponsor: Donate $500 or more and we will put your logo on our Facebook Page and also mention you on any air time we have!
4.) Become a Classroom Sponsor: If you are a teacher and want to get your classroom involved in this, we think this is a wonderful way to raise gratitude and love in the hearts of our children.
5.) Volunteer: We can't do this alone. We need your help. As we grow we will know the areas we need assistance in. For now I can tell you, we will need help collecting donations, answering messages, collecting and delivering letters, spreading the word, getting in the media, having global and CTV out to film the 1st Rise of the LOVE Billboard.
As we go this will be refined. This is all going to happens so quickly and we are greatly appreciative to anyones contribution.
