Mike Meets Life - Mental Wellbeing Resources

Mike Meets Life was born from a place of despair. From a place where darkness over-shadows light and the mental battle seems unbearable. It started as a concept to help myself through online journalling and eventually, after recovery, became focussed on giving back, on raising awareness and of helping others in their time of need.

As the brand, primarily an online page filled with motivation, love and kindness has developed, so have my ideas on helping others. Merchandise such as mental wellbeing adult colouring books, journalling stationary, diaries or calendars to keep routines and organised and letterbox love are all items I want to release.

I aim to sell these to those who want to buy and donate to those who I or others identify as needing that extra boost. You'll also be able to purchase as gifts for loved ones and friends. Or even members of your community who need a boost.
