We would like to thank everyone for donating to our Gofundme. So far your funds have allowed us to retain a lawyer, start the 501c3 process, start a grant program, purchase equipment for our podcast, and many other projects.

As of today, we will be shutting this fundraiser down. We have secured a fiscal sponsorship with Creative Portland, meaning all future donations are TAX deductible. YAY!

Rose, and Black-Owned Maine, never imagined our platform would take off as quickly and dynamically as it has. With that being said, we have realized we need help in moving forward. What action needs to be taken?

Forming an LLC.

Hiring a lawyer to help protect our brand.

Developing a easier to navigate website.

Developing a logo and other branding images.

Assisting businesses with funds to enable them to stay open.

Assisting struggling single families and parents with resources to become great.
