Wheelchair Accessible Van For Logan

12 years ago, God blessed us with one of the most precious gifts we could have asked for, a baby boy!

But we were not expecting that he would be born with a neural tube defect known as Spina Bifida, which was detected when we were 21 weeks pregnant with him. This has resulted in a lifelong disability... Logan was born with Spina Bifida, Chiari Malformation, and Hydrocephalus. He also has Scoliosis and Cerebral Palsy. Logan is a full time wheelchair user, he is not able to stand on his own, has endured multiple surgeries, and hospital stays since he was a born. He is full of joy and life, determination, and love. He is a beautiful miracle and true blessing to our family! Logan has 3 siblings- 1 older brother, 1 younger brother, plus a little sister!

We are in desperate need of a reliable wheelchair accessible van to transport him to multiple long distance trips for his doctor appointments and therapies. Logan is growing quickly, weighing in at 86 pounds and will only get heavier as he grows more! It has become difficult to transfer him from his wheelchair into the vehicle now. And without an accessible vehicle to accommodate his chair, it is causing excessive wear and tear of his wheelchair, as we currently have to disassemble the chair to fit it into the trunk of a car.
