At The Nation's Doorstep Exhibit
Donation protected
This exhibit features photographs from Washington, DC, at the white house, relating to the protest for social injustices and police brutality of African Americans.
The fence meant to protect the White House from American protestors became a mural for the black lives matter movement, police brutality and social injustices. I tried to capture the moment before they tore down the fences at the White House, and of course, now the fences have come down.
That day, I felt in my spirit it was going to be torn down as the unity between all Americans and the humanity of all people that day soothed my soul.
