Federal Emergency Minority Advisory Program

Because of historically inherent cultural problems within our Homeland Security Administration(DHS), and our Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA), there is an immediate need to launch a program that will address the problematic issues of specific minority populations. The imminent death of millions of minority persons could occur as soon as the Winter of 2020 (from Cyber Attacks to the nation's Power Grid) if critical comprehension and critical activity is not undertaken to address our Emergency Management concerns. To this extent, it is informative to point out that the National Preparedness Goal  and the National Incident Management System (NIMS) provides for the de facto death of millions of American citizens who are unaware of their personal responsibility to become involved with our nation's (ALL-HAZARDS) Disaster Response capacity and Disaster Recovery capacity.

As an active Emergency Management Practitioner since 2010 I have the distinction of organizing the first Black, "urban"/"minority" Community Emergency Response Team(CERT) in Cincinnati, Ohio -- in 2013.  Furthermore, I have completed extensive and critical study from the independent study platform of the Emergency Management Institute .  My comprehension of the Five Mission Areas of The System  offers success for ALL Americans. Over the years I have gained subjective and objective knowledge -- with comprehension -- of the basic phases and stages (agricultural; industrial; and technological) of our nation in comparison to nations throughout history -- recorded history and scriptural history.  To this extent, I have a working evaluation of the potential for national change and national redirection in reference to the time and what must be done -- to save millions of human lives.  #FundJusticeaAndEquality

Currently, in 2020, I have become acclimatized, experienced, and well qualified to complete the production of a vitally needed emergency management component. The program (Federal Emergency Minority Advisory Program - FEMAP) will bring a clear comprehension to the minority populations -- particularly, in urban areas -- of their citizenship rights and their ultimate responsibility to have respect for, and to become involved with, the National Preparedness Goal and System... Those who prefer to become independent SHTF Preppers, that is fine; those who are becoming more independently Disaster Prepared, that is fine.  But the 2020 COVID-19 crisis has galvanized mechanisms and structural relationships that will utterly lead many minorities (victims of ignorant, arrogant, and  misinformed Black leadership) to internment or death. (THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION -- AND MY CAMPAIGN DOES RECOGNIZES DIVINE INTERVENTION)   

To accomplish completion of such a program  as FEMAP, I desperately need to free myself from my current healthcare occupation. WITH YOUR SUPPORT, I am seeking funding for a one year salary ($24,000) in order to dedicate myself full-time to this goal.  My immediate organizational activity will be to establish/connect a national network of persons to address/mitigate the imminent threats of massive deaths (and unforeseen relocation issues) from a likely cyber attack ( Winter 2020 Power Grid down ).  This initial accomplishment (which includes local EMA connections; demographic identifications; distribution assessments; Emergency Amateur Radio assessments; and much more, can -- and will, have the ability to produce the infrastructure of a self-sustained organization that will continue to benefit and empower minority populations and the nation into the future.

Thank you for reviewing my campaign to free myself (like a Black Preacher or Politician) to work for the good and safety of minority communities -- for Black people, in particular.  Because, according to the operational language that the National Preparedness Goal established (after 911) and uses, there is ABSOLUTELY no place in the future of America for Farrakhan (or Black people who advocate, follow and/or support his type of leadership). Therefore, FUTURE crisis and disaster events can (and will) be used to dispose of particular population. This is NOT whimsical thought -- if I were a White bureaucrat with an educational misunderstanding (or racist attitude) toward the past contributions of Black Americans and, if I saw no future value in the Black community's capacity, I would support and  work toward convenient "patriotic" disposal as the opportunities arise. And, my thinking, as such a person, would NOT give any credibility to Divine Intervention on the behalf of the current Black Community in the current condition.
