Kelby Eisenman Open Jar

I have made it into the 2020 Open Jar summer intensive program in New York City! For one week, I will be training with broadway professionals on various skills. This is going to be such a life-changing experience for me, along with being a great topic for college essays. In November, I went to the Wyoming State Thespian Festival in Laramie. There, I auditioned for Open Jar. I used my favorite song from my most recent show, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. I was absolutely shocked when I found out I made it into the program, as many people in high school audition every year and do not make it in. While in New York, I will be four broadway shows, something I’ve never experienced before.
