Picking up our Musical Instruments + belongings

Zander and I recently self-funded with some spare money we had saved a benefit music festival over the weekend of January 17th and 18th, 2020. We have some huge opportunities that have come up as well, and need to get the rest of our belongings we have had in storage. We have musical instruments, body paint, and other materials we need in order to take things to the next level.

I haven't been to the midwest in so long that I was thinking maybe some friends who've been wanting me to visit might be willing to help us make it possible to do so for a weekend - dates TBD considering the corona virus pandemic and travel lockdowns at the moment - and help us fly out of Los Angeles on a Friday and fly back into Los Angeles on a Sunday night once it's deemed safe again to do so.
We run a tight ship here and have many expenses living in Los Angeles, and tickets flying to the midwest are surprisingly higher than expected. It's looking to be around $600 round trip, and this doesn't account for expenses getting from Minneapolis, MN to Ashland, WI, but perhaps a friend would be willing to pick Zander and I up from the cities, driving us to Ashland, and then drive us back to the cities for our flight back to LA on a Sunday? There's other transportation expenses to be accounted for, plus food expenses, and shipping expenses.
This trip would give us about a day's time for us to get our musical instruments and body painting and other supplies we've had safely stored in the midwest and ship them out to Los Angeles. We will use the funds we're able to raise to help us cover flight expenses, lodging, and other transportation expenses and also shipping expenses for our belongings.
We could break for lunch and meet up with friends, and party again in the evening, as it would be an overdue reunion anyway!
Right now we are self-quarantining and many of our sources of income have slowed or come to a halt entirely. We had to postpone our festival this March, which would have not only helped our small business sustain, but would be helping the charities we selected to help, in this case the Los Angeles LGBT Center and Los Angeles Animal Services, and we will be helping these charities still.
Due to the corona virus pandemic, we are adapting our upcoming benefit music festival to a live-stream only and will be rescheduling the full two-fold benefit music festival with the Los Angeles LGBT Center + Los Angeles Animal Services as beneficiaries for a later date and time.
