Mural 38 of 101 Perfect Waves is to be painted by Artist Hilton Alves!

Artist Hilton & The 101 Perfect Waves International Mural Project.

Artist and waterman Hilton Alves has long been a lover of the sea and water sports. Born in 1980 and raised in Guaruja, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Hilton began painting professionally in June, 2000. His passion leads him to express the magnificent beauty of the aquatic world in paintings, big murals and drawings. 

In 2013 Hilton created the 101 Perfect Waves - International Mural Project by painting the largest wave mural in the world, located in Kalihi, Honolulu. With this project he is sharing the inspiration that comes from the sea and waves with cities and countries around the world. His aim is to inspire people to have a greater relationship with the ocean and art and to take part in environmental preservation. This series of murals can be admired on Oahu and Maui, in Hawaii, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, at Sentosa Island, in Singapore, Ashkelon, in Israel and many cities in the US including Los Angeles, Houston and Miami.

What's The Mission?

The mission is to transform a long, ugly and "invisible" wall to a masterpiece mural located at Waikele Premium Outlets. Hilton aims to complete the 600ft long wall in only 12 days and to include the mural to the international list of the 101 Perfect Waves project as the "longest wave mural in the world".

How Long Is The Wall?

The wall is approximately 600 ft long! (183 meters). With a mural at this length, once complete, the wall could have the title as the "longest mural in Hawaii to be painted by a single artist" and the "longest wave mural in the world"

Your Donation.

Your donation will help fund 300 gallons of paint and additional materials needed to complete the mural. The amount asked is the minimum to start the project in April 2020.
