Publish my first book: Fantasy for 9-14 years
Hi I'm Pearl: I'm twelve years old and writing my first novel. I just need funding to print and share my book.

.... The room had concrete walls, a dirt floor and no windows. The only door was the one she had entered through, now sealed closed. Eaglakana’s headache had turned into a throbbing pain, making it hard to think straight. She had no idea what was happening; apart from seeing that her living quarters were not the greatest. Half of the room was in shadow, with only one of the two fly-infested lights working, albeit flickering and dim. A rusted mirror with the backing peeling off hung drunkenly to one side at chest height.
Eaglakana thought it looked like a prison cell, with no furniture but a metal bed without a mattress, and what looked like a dirty pile of blankets in the corner. With a horrifying start that made her head throb, Eaglakana realised that it wasn't a pile of blankets. It was an animal....
