Help my family through a tough time

In the past few years, my mom's nail salon has seen its rent jump dramatically as a new landlord is actively in the processing of gentrifying the neighborhood; because of this, my mom has been consistently taking on debt to keep the business afloat to the end of the contract term.

Often, she calls me to tell me that net costs for the day are an order of magnitude higher than raw revenue. Right now, we're currently in $70,000 of debt; the situation is made worse since she is the sole income earner for our family, as my father passed away in 2013.

My mom is seriously considering just selling the business early and moving to another state to live with relatives. In the last few months, I have noticed a dramatic and alarming decline in her mental health brought on by this.

As the oldest son, I want to help financially and emotionally as much as I can, but I am currently locked into doing a Master's on top of my Bachelor's, which will take at least to the end of March 2021.

My younger brother will be entering college in the fall, which incurs a significant additional cost for the family, since he likely will not receive full financial aid as I have.

Right now, I would truly appreciate any financial support that you could give, so that no matter what our family's course of action is, I can help lighten some of this debt and provide some resources.
