GTJHS Track and Field

Gov. Thomas Johnson High School track and field team needs your help in there journey to return to states.   We are dedicated to becoming successful on the track and in life. We spend two and a half hours after school each day so that we can be prepared for our track meets.  GTJHS indoor team just finished 4th in the state indoor competition and we would like continue on that success.  With your donation, we would like to purchase new hurdles, starting blocks, and a sand pit cover.  In addition, we will be purchasing equipment that helps us to train more efficiently at practice.  We need new sleds, stop watches, and a digital race clock.  Meets are long and require us to be at the school for extended periods of time.  With your donations, we will also be able to purchase snacks during meets so we can have the energy to compete.  Thank you for taking the time to think about us and we look forward to  a successful season.
