Need help with surgery payment please

Hi all, I need to have minor surgery, I have been having pain in my breasts since February & have seen 4 different surgeons finally #4 was the charm & I am now scheduled for surgery in January.
It is now just a matter of coming up with the $5,000.00 to pay for it.
If I am not able to come up with my part of the bill by then I will then have to reschedule yet again & the pain is honestly not getting any better.
I would be beyond thankful for any help you can give.
