Caelyn and Rune's Covid-19 Survival Fund

We are a disabled trans couple who are already on a low income. Caelyn can't work at all and Rune is currently working full time, but on a low wage. The coronavirus pandemic has been particularly worrying to us as Rune is a type-1 diabetic, and therefore at risk.

Today we have both come down with persistant coughs, so we're following government guidelines and self-isolating for 14 days. Our biggest worry right now is that, even with the emergency changes to statutory sick pay that have been implemented, we will be about £150 a week short.

We're asking for help to cover the shortfall so we can continue to pay rent and bills, and buy groceries. At the moment we're only asking for £300 to cover the 14 day isolation period, however if that is extended for any reason, we will be asking for more.

Rune is also an artist and open for digital commissions at this time. Commissioning art from them would not only be a huge financial help, but also help keep them occupied during the isolation period.
