Dear Customers,
For almost 30 years, Michiko Rehearsal Studios and Roberto’s Winds has served as a home for musicians all over the world. It has been a central gathering space for musicians to meet, make new connections, and rekindle old ones.
On Saturday, March 21st, Michiko Studios, and Roberto’s Winds closed its doors due to COVID-19 Pandemic. While our staff has worked incredibly hard on keeping our studios safe and clean, it was difficult to continue putting customers and employees at risk while circumstances surrounding COVID-19 are unpredictable.
The closure of our business has created severe repercussions for us. We’ve had to cancel hundreds of reservations that have also affected the lives of music teachers, after school music programs, workshops, and our live concert series. All of our employees are out of work, and unsure of how to move forward during this time of crisis.

Roberto Romeo, our Founder and President, has done everything in his power to keep his business and employees afloat. He is waiting to hear back from government loan and funding programs. However, making ends meet has been difficult during this challenging time.
The purpose of this GoFundMe is to help support the Michiko Studios and Roberto’s Winds staff members and pay for ongoing business expenses.
We will continue to monitor the pandemic closely and will always prioritize the health of our staff and customers. However, to say we are eager to open our doors and create music with all of you again is an understatement. We miss you all so much and can't wait to see your faces at Michiko and Roberto's soon.
