Fred Segal #DaytimeNightclub Challenge

Fred Segal is the original Daytime Nightclub, a place where every day (and night) is always a party and a chance to be introduced to something new and exciting. However, right now is NOT a party, it’s a time of change, some small but impactful, and some big and intense.
We thought about how Fred Segal could help, and it’s in a couple ways: by supporting those in need and by bringing joy into each other’s day.
We're excited to launch the #DaytimeNightclub Challenge! We ask you to bring it, even when there’s nowhere to bring it, to dress up when there is no here to go, to help in a small way when everything seems insurmountably big.
Through this challenge, our goal is to leverage our reach and community to support Feeding America and their COVID-19 Response Fund so that they can continue to help 200 food banks across the country during this time of uncertainty and beyond.
Fred Segal will donate $5 to Feeding America for each Instagram post that uses the hashtag up to $25,000 or April 30th, 2020, whichever comes first.
We also encourage our community to help by also donating directly on this page, and hope other companies and people will join us in pushing this challenge forward!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Dress up as if you’re going out (this is a challenge, so go BIG!)
Take a photo of yourself wearing your outfit at home, in your home office, on a Zoom call, drinking coffee, walking your dog or doing whatever fits you and your personality
- Post the photo on your Instagram account, use the hashtag #DaytimeNightclub, and tag 3-5 friends or other accounts and challenge them to do the same
- Be sure to tag @FredSegal and @FeedingAmerica in the caption and the photo

Every day, there are millions of children and adults who do not get the meals they need to thrive. We work to get nourishing food - from farmers, manufacturers, and retailers - to people in need. Every $5 you give helps provide at least 50 meals through the Feeding America network of food banks.
