3D Printed Face Shields for Medical Workers

Donation protected
As we all know in this crisis, medical workers are falling short of PPE. So I started with this idea of 3d printing face shields that the medical workers can use in conjunction with a face mask. The face shield design is approved by NIH as shown here https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/face-shield.

Initially I made 20 of these and put up a post on facebook asking if someone needs it. Several people reached out requesting these. Not surprised, medical workers needs hundreds of these. So I am planning to increase production. I currently have 2 printers and planning to get another one, to increase production to 40 face shields a day. Also, I require raw material, PLA for visor, overhead projector transparencies for shields, IPA, packing supplies etc to make these. Would be great if you can donate to the cause. No amount is small. Thank you so much.

Currently supplied face shields in smaller quantities to Lahey Burlington, Melrose Wakefield, Mount Auburn hospitals. Still have to supply more to the mentioned hospitals as well as Boston Medical Center.
