Support Full Blüm Arts & Music

Dear Full Blüm retreat family, 

First, we would like to thank you for your contributions to the 2020 Full Blüm Retreat. It was such a memorable experience made possible by collective magic. These heart-felt experiences would not be possible without you and the magic you share with the community. With this we thank you for your participation and ask for your help.

Due to all the unforeseen circumstances and restrictions caused by COVID our team has had to overcome many challenges navigating through 2020 and the development of our project. With spring, summer and fall events cancelled we have lost our chance to properly fundraise our 2020 summer retreat. Without this source of revenue we have had to put everything we have into this event, to co-create this experience with you.   

Full Blüm Arts & Music is a not-for-profit community development project, that is solely financed by the contributions made by event attendees and ticket purchases. Without these contributions we would not be able to create such unique experiences. All proceeds from our events go back into the development of the project and providing a service of connection & inspiration for the community. 

We are asking for a $40-$80 donation from every event attendee to help us get the community support we need to move forward and learn & grow together. 

We are actively applying for grants to seek financial support and continue our movement. At this time we are asking for your support to get us through this next season.

Challenges were faced when calculating ticket prices for this year's retreat as the conception of this event was only made in June. With only two months to design, plan, budget and build a brand new festival experience, it was tough to calculate the budget before tickets needed to be sold. Because of this the Full Blüm Retreat was priced at a value of $111-$144 weekend passes and $55 day passes. Since this was only our second year hosting a campout festival we are still learning all the logistical expenses that arise with an outdoor venue. Tickets could have been priced closer to $188-$222 for weekend passes and $88 for day passes. 

In most cases we would take this at a loss and honour the investment into the community. Since our project and members are struggling through these tough times, we are looking for support so we can pay our bills this fall.
