Noel started A Touch of Serenity in 2014. With a thorough understanding of the importance of a consistent self-care routine, Noel wanted to create an establishment that offers both affordable and accessible massage therapy services. She also wanted to create an undeniably welcoming atmosphere to help clients achieve BOTH mental and physical peace. Massage for peace of mind.... massage for peace of body...
