COVID reusable Masks for the front line

We have been working on a reusable mask due to the shortage of proper PPE on the front line. The next step will be making them in clear surgical guide resin or PETG to be able to use Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) to sanitize them. No expensive filters were purchased for this to allow an affordable way of acquiring filters. We are using HEPA filters that are technically N100 better than N95 and with a way better seal. 99% of Particle filtration vs 95% (N95). MERV rating of 13. Definitely beats wearing loose fitting masks. The sandwich technique can be used. Non woven polypropylene sandwiched between 2 coffee filters or 1 coffee filter before the polypropylene depending on your tolerance to resistance while breathing. Thanks to my wife ( Natasha Kotha Flamenco) , son (Raja) and staff for putting up with me. I'm thankful that my wife came up with the idea while we were brainstorming on ways we can help with our digital dental office and supported us.

This mask is my modification of different files to create a screw type mask that has a more readily available filter that can be made at home or office. We will be donating these masks to near by hospitals ASAP. Your contribution is to help us continue this project and gather the materials necessary to make this happen. There has been weeks on end (night/ day) of dedication to this since we are trying to protect the medical/dental/ and emergency response teams ASAP.

We are also redesigning Face shields to allow the use of loupes while working so that we can keep performing at our optimum level of experience. Face shield will also be donated. The .stl files I have modified and edited are available to print your own if you like. Instructions on how to fabricate these masks will be available soon.
