Artists and Freelancers COVID-19 Relief

Industries have come to a near-complete standstill, threatening the financial security of many artist and freelancers. This has resulted in canceled assignments, projects, commissions, and etc. While freelancers are now eligible for unemployment benefits, most can't afford to pay rent and other bills.

The goal is to raise a minimum of $25,000. With the plan to send a one-time payment of $500. If the goal is met, this can provide payments for up to 50 artist/freelancers to help cover the cost of things like rent, utilities, groceries, etc. If the goal of $25,000 is achieved, relief can be provided to additional artists/freelancers.

These payments will cover only a fraction of lost income, providing desperately needed relief to artist/freelancers who are hurting from the shut downs. This fundraiser hopes to provide them with a lifeline so they can keep their voices and their potential intact.

Freelancers represent 35% of the total U.S. working population and could represent more than half of the country's workforce by 2027. Yes. We're that deep!

Please support with whatever you can during this crisis.
