In July of 2014, I found myself in the ER and was admitted to the hospital with surgery afterwards.
Shortly after surgery, we relocated and I became unemployed. I was able to find a contract project back in April/May 2015. But I was unemployed most of the year. I was able to find a part-time job. Unfortunately, I did not thrive in the Bay Area.
We moved back to AZ in Sept 2016. I found a job but was diagnosed with metabolic syndrome and impaired kidney function. I was finally diagnosed in Oct 2017 with chronic kidney disease. Feb 2018: I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and a herniated disc. I also have arthritis, asthma and diabetes.
I turned my hobby of jewelcrafting into a business. Dragon & Wolf Designs.
2020
Due to the pandemic, all of my in person events were cancelled. My partner underwent major surgery. We had to replace the AC. And my partner's mother died.
Finally, just before Christmas, my partner got laid off.
