Strength In Numbers - Mental Health Campaign

Please join us on the weekend of 24th/25th April for our Virtual 5km Wellness Walk.

To participate:

1. Walk 5km on either day
2. Upload your completed walk to social media using #strengthinnumbers, tagging Aaron &John
3. Encourage as many family and friends to participate 

Both John and Aaron have availed of the Mental Health Services provided locally in Blanchardstown and Finglas  by Suicide Awareness Dublin 15 and Finglas Support & Suicide Prevention Network. 

Forever grateful for the support they received John and Aaron hope to raise funds for these vital Mental Health Services which are not government funded and rely heavily on fund raising activities. They hope to achieve this by organising a number of events over the next twelve months.

All support and donations are greatly appreciated and will be split 50/50 between Suicide Awareness D15 and Finglas Suicide & Support Network. Please share to help us raise awareness of these two outstanding local facilities
