The lost ones 2, Dog rescue project.

I have been looking to re home a dog here in London since November but has been really difficult to find one in any of the rescue centres here in the UK.
I am in the process of adopting Bumble, who is a seven months old puppy that you can see in the photo to give a loving home. I found about him through a recommendation from a friend about a rescue project who she had re home from. "The lost one 2" is the name of the project and it is run by Dejan Savic and volunteers in Romania. They dedicate their time to rescues cats and dogs, bringing them back to health and get them ready to be found happy homes around Europe.
They finance the project themselves and through donations from people that have re homed through them to pay for kennels (as they don't have kennels themselves to house that many animals, which are 40 at present) as well as vet feeds and up keeping of the animals.
During the pandemic the re homing and donations have highly reduced and they are struggling to cover their bills for the pass few months, so I made the decision to donate one of my paintings to auction and raise the funds.
