Elderly Grandfather viciously attacked loses eye

Hello ,
My family is looking for help for my
72 year old  father who on Sept 10, 2020, 
was viciously beaten , attacked  &
robbed in the hallway of his Boston
apartment   .He was beaten so badly ,
his eye came out of the socket  . Despite  
being rushed to Mass Eye and Ear for
emergency surgery , the trauma to his eye was too severe , leaving him blind .

Update 10/1 

Further tests have shown my dad has an
infection in his left  eye that can spread
to his brain & he now needs to have his
eye removed , immediately , to stop
the infection. He now has  to adjust to life
with limited vision . 

 Medical  bills are mounting ,and we are
looking to relocate him immediately to a
safer environment.

His peace of mind is shattered as he’s
suffering from post traumatic stress,
as he tries to heal from this attack .

I applaud the Boston Police department ,
 for a great job & quick apprehension of
his attackers . 

I also want to thank  Boston paramedics,
as well as nurses, and doctors at
MGH & Mass Eye & Ear for all the care
they gave  my dad .
